7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license to use our software at any time and for any reason without notice or liability to you. Upon termination, your right to use our software will immediately cease.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Policy and your use of our software will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
