Questions about the app
What is the ORENCloud UC app?
A softphone is an app for making and receiving calls over the internet on your computer or mobile, using your office extension.
Which platforms does it run on?
Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.13 or later, iOS 12 or later and Android 6 or later.
Is it secure?
Audio is encrypted with SRTP and the connection can use TLS. Calls that go through the normal phone network are not end-to-end encrypted.

The standard ORENCloud UC app is designed for the ORENCloud phone system. White-label deployments may support compatible third-party SIP IP-PBX systems, subject to technical validation and the agreed deployment scope.
How much does it cost?
The app is free with ORENCloud services. The app is free, but calls are not: charges follow your phone plan, for example CloudOffice or our call rates.
Can I use my office number on my mobile?
Yes. The app gives your phone or laptop your office extension. See the glossary for terms such as softphone and extension.
Want the app with your own brand?
Ask about white-label builds, or get the standard app with any ORENCloud plan.
