What is Microsoft Teams phone integration?
Also called PSTN calling (see the glossary), it lets your business make and receive ordinary phone calls in Microsoft Teams through a calling plan.
How does it work?
ORENCloud connects Teams to the phone network with a calling plan from us or your own provider. Calls use a number assigned to your organisation.
What features do I get?
Inbound and outbound calls, voicemail, forwarding, call queues and auto attendants when Teams is connected to CloudOffice or your own PBX.
Who is it for?
Any business that uses Microsoft Teams and wants its phone system in the same app. If you run your own PBX, SIP trunking can connect it.
How much does it cost?

Is it secure?
Supported connections can use TLS for signalling and SRTP for audio. Calls through the public telephone network are not end-to-end encrypted.
