What is SIP trunking?
SIP trunking (see the glossary) lets a business make and receive phone calls over the internet instead of old phone lines.
How does ORENCloud SIP trunking work?
Your PBX connects to our network over the internet or a private link. We carry calls to and from the public phone network (PSTN), using Tier 1 carriers for Malaysian termination.
How much does SIP trunking cost?
For calls within Malaysia only: RM 0.10 a minute with no monthly minimum (Electron), RM 0.09 for 10,000 to 50,000 minutes a month (Atom) and RM 0.08 for 50,001 or more (Molecule). What are global virtual numbers?
A virtual number lets customers in another country call you at a local number. Some countries need a local address.
Can I use SIP trunks with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. Our trunks can connect Microsoft Teams to the phone network, and we set it up with you. We have not published a Microsoft certification, so ask us for the technical details. See WithTeams.

Calls are encrypted, logins are strong, and we use firewalls built for phone traffic plus fraud detection.
