What is CloudOffice?
CloudOffice is a cloud PBX (see the glossary): a phone system that runs on the internet, so you do not need phone equipment in your office.
Is CloudOffice secure?
Calls are encrypted with TLS and SRTP on supported connections. Calls that go through the normal phone network are not end-to-end encrypted. See our trust page.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
No. We do not port existing numbers to ORENCloud. You choose new numbers from our available numbers.
Can I use my existing phones?
Most IP desk phones work. Old analogue phones and fax machines need a small adapter. Tell us your models and we will check.
How much does CloudOffice cost?
Solar is RM 315 a month for about 20 users, Galaxy RM 955 for about 50, Cluster RM 1,899 for about 200 and Universe RM 4,395 for about 500. Setup, customisation and 24/7 support are billed separately, with no lock-in contract. Prices checked October 2026. See CloudOffice pricing.
Does unlimited outbound mean free calls?
No. Unlimited means outbound lines, not free minutes. Call charges are on the call rates page.
